It's been a busy but enjoyable weekend. :) Friday was B's birthday. I cooked some pasta and we cooked a skillet cookie. Had a nice quiet evening in.

On Saturday, B went to play paintball with some people from church. I went to lunch with Michelle and Eric and their friend David. We ate at Teppanyaki, the new buffet place. It was pretty good. For dessert, we went to Buck's on campus. I hadn't been there before. It was yummy!
Last night, we went over to Andy and Erica's. We had dinner and then set off some fireworks. Below is Laura and Alia before dinner and John after bathtime.

Today, Alia and I went swimming with Michelle, Eric, and David.
Now I have to go back to work tomorrow, but I only have 9 days left. I know people may think it's silly or annoying that I complain about working in the summer, but it's so much harder to work when I know I don't have to be working.
We have birthday parties to attend. We might take Alia to the zoo. I have a short trip to Branson planned to visit with my college roommate. I also have a trip to Illinois planned to just chill and hang out. Busy, busy!
