So...I guess i forgot to keep updating.  This past week I lost 4 pounds!  I also am now again back in the 100's.  I need to never be in the 200's again. Boo 200's.  I just need to be aware of what I'm eating and keep exercising.  I did a circuit workout this afternoon.  My arms hurt.  It was good though!
