So I did my last Insanity Fit Test today. I didn't actually count the 1st time I did the fit test because I was afraid of how out of shape I would be. I started counting and recording the 2nd time and I've made some big improvements. There are 8 exercises that you do for 1 minute each, and you just count how many you can do. I've noticed muscle in places I haven't had muscle in awhile. I also feel like I have improved my endurance. Right now, I plan on using the ab workout and the cardio workouts and incorporating them somehow into a weekly workout routine. I did it though, not perfectly by any means, but I did it. It was a good experience and I felt good while doing it. It is Insane.
