It's been a long, but fun, weekend...and it's only Saturday! I'm doing my holiday cooking/baking this weekend. I've made 2 out of 3 batches of Chex Mix. Tonight I'm making chocolate covered sugar bombs (aka chocolate balls). I also made some peppermint ice cream. Alia helped with the Chex Mix and the ice cream.



Alia and I played in the snow before lunchtime. Well, she played and I took pictures. It wasn't long though until her hands were cold and she wanted to go in.



This evening we did some last minute shopping and Alia got her 2nd haircut. She cried a little, but calmed down fairly quickly. Jennifer was great and bribed Alia with candy! After the haircut, we went to see the Magic Tree. Alia kept running up and standing by the trunk. She would just stare at the lights.





Tomorrow night we're going to a Christmas party at Michelle and Eric's. Looking forward to it!
