(Interesting) Things Around my House
Part IV: Random Things in Random Rooms
On our honeymoon, we went to the Art Institute of Chicago. Across the street was this little poster shop. B bought 4 prints there, 2 of which are pictured. These are prints by Hiroshige and then we also have a poster of one of his prints. All hang in our bedroom. I bought 2 Escher prints and they currently reside in the guest bathroom.
This is the shower curtain in our guest bathroom. I think it's pretty cool.
For anyone that hasn't seen it yet, either in pictures or person, this is one of the walls in Alia's nursery. We found the idea online, picked out the colors we wanted, measured the walls, I made a grid for it, and then we painted it. I think it just took us an afternoon...and I was like 7 months pregnant. I'm really proud of it.

I've really enjoyed this feature on your blog! And I love the poster shop across from the Art Institute. I always have to go in there when I'm in the area.
