(Interesting) Things Around my House

Part II: The Kitchen/Dining Room

This is Jones Soda's 2006 Holiday Pack. These are sodas that B drank (I did not have any of these. I've tried some of one of the Christmas Packs). These are Thanksgiving sodas. These were the flavors: Turkey and Gravy, Cranberry, Wild Herb Stuffing, Brussell Sprout, and Pumpkin Pie. B likes Jones soda and he likes weird things.

This is a tea set that B's grandma gave us. I didn't want it just sitting in a box, so it decorates the top of our cabinets. I think she gave this to us because I used the colors (blue, purple, and yellow) in our wedding.

This is B's collection of old cameras and camera parts. Again, I didn't want them just sitting in a box. Also again, if you want a closer look you'll just have to come over. :)

This is Zeus. He's a cockatiel. I've known Zeus longer than I've known my own husband! I'm pretty sure I got Zeus for my 16th birthday. He was a baby and handfed. Which means that I can get him out and handle him. I haven't done that in a really long time though. He doesn't always like coming out of his cage, but when I get him out he'll just waddle around. When I went to college, he stayed with my parents. When my parents moved, he moved in with my Grandmother. When we moved to Columbia, he moved back in with me. He can be annoying at times: squawking and such, but he can also be really cute: whistling and clucking.
