I noticed that I only had 1 post in December. This past month has kicked my butt! I've been so tired. I wanted to get in 1 more post before the new year. I stole these questions from Nichole, who stole them from someone else. However, I shortened the list a little.

1. What did you do in 2010 that you’d never done before?

Actual volunteer work. I helped my church do a home makeover and started working at my church’s food bank. We also had family pictures taken, took Alia to the ER for the first time, and went to The Magic Tree. How did I forget that I served on a jury for the first time in 2010. Silly me.

2. Did anyone close to you give birth?


My cousin April gave birth to twins! Taina and Bryndyn! (3 miracles!)

Many friends from college: Dawn, Brook, and Amy

3. Did anyone close to you die?

I don’t think so. A cousin of mine just died, but I didn’t know him really well.

4. What would you like to have in 2011 that you lacked in 2010?

Financial Security

5. What was your biggest achievement of the year?

Raising my wonderful child


6. What was your biggest failure?

Potty Training

7. What was the best thing you bought?

Although it hasn’t been used recently, the treadmill….or Zoe, our dog.

Alia’s birthday

We spent Christmas with B’s family in Arkansas – all 25 of them (on his Mom's side; there was just 1 person missing)

Mocking Jay and I Am Number Four

Probably Harry Potter

If I had gotten healthier

My fall Bible study – about the beatitudes – so beneficial for me
